Intelligent perception endows machines with advanced linguistic, visual, auditory, tactile, taste, and olfactory abilities to comprehensively perceive the environment. Cognitive computing enables machines to learn, think, and make correct decisions like human brains. This special session is to bring together leading experts and researchers to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and explore the latest developments and trends in these exciting and booming topics.
