In order to attend the conference the conference of ICCIP 2024, at least one author of each paper must complete the registration. 
Each registration entitles only one person to attend the conference.

Author registration fee must be paid before the registration deadline; otherwise your paper will not be included in the confernece proceedings.

Important Notes 注意事项
  • One regular registration can cover a paper (Double-column 5 pages), or (One-column 10 pages), including all figures, tables, and references.
    Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of paper must be done by one of author(s) of the paper. Otherwise the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings. 每篇文章至少一个作者须注册,且至少一个作者须做文章报告
  • Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers. 会议主办方收到注册费用后方可确认注册成功
  • Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the Delegate. 1篇文章的其余作者或是陪同人员可注册为听众。
Student Discount

If you are a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student, you can enjoy the student discount. You're required to send the scanned copy of student identification card to iccip_iccip@young.ac.cn when submitting your registration documents. Current school year has to be included and clearly stated in the document. Student registrations are not applicable to postdoctoral fellows. And you should be the first author of your paper. 第一作者为学生,且提供学生身份的有效证明

  • Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms them
 
Refunds Policy 退款政策

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email

* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

 

Safety Tips
  • Take care of your belongings during the conference. The organizer is NOT responsible for the loss.
  • Always wear your conference badge all the time. There’ll be no access without a badge.
